Here are some pics of the latest incarnation of Karachi Deca that I found while surfing the net. These Decas are made in Pakistan by Pharmatec under license from Organon. These Decas come individually packaged in a white box with a clear amp. Despite being only coming in 100mg/ml amps, and being more expensive per ml than some other human grade Deca, these Karachis are quite popular and a welcome addition to any cycle with Deca in it. If you can get them, they are recommended.

Each vial contians 100mg of prop in 2ml of oil. This prop was quite popular as feedback from users was very positive leaving many users wondering if they weren't overdosed. This fake really shouldn't fool anyone who does a bit of research, but this stuff is available again and many newbies could fall for it. Not only, as with most fakes, is it either completely useless or severley underdosed, but there have been reports of abcesses bringing the sterility of this 'enanthate' into question. If you are offered this stuff, run the other way!

Today we have a pic of Organon Sustanon produced in England. These sust come in packages of six amps and have paper labels. There is a red and yellow stripe on the heads of the amps and a black dot below the stripes in recent lots. The old ones have a white stripe at the neck of the amp. If you can get legit British Sustanon then we can recommend them highly, there are alot of counterfeits of this sust out there so be careful!

Here are some pics of a counterfeit version of lot 7022 Aburaihan Testosterone Enanthate ampules. While there are working amps of this lot of test floating around, reports buy users using the test pictures was of zero gains. It is quite hard to tell the difference between the real and counterfeit version of this test so avoiding this lot altogether is recommended. These days with fakes of everything getting better and better, it would be a safe bet to invest in some human grade enanthate that simply isnt counterfeited, such as Jelfa's Test Prolongatum 100mg amps or the 100mg version of Testoviron Depot if you can find it.

Today we have a pic of Cypionax out of Thailand. These come in a box of ten brown amps, containing 200mg of testosterone cypionate in 2ml of oil. These are quite cheap and have a pretty solid reputation, though understandably, not as good as Q Pharma's Testex. I have never come across any fakes of this so its a good choice so long as 100mg/ml is not a problem. Personally, I would go with Jelfa's Prolongatum enanthate 100mg amps over this stuff but its still a pretty good choice.

Testolic Prop

Another testosterone propionate available for a while on the European market is Testolic.

These are 2ml amps, containing 100mg of prop each made in Thailand by T.P. Drug laboratories. They come in a white and blue box, containing 10 clear amps with a yellow stripe.

These are gaining in popularity as there have not been any fakes yet and user's results have been positive.

Similarly as with Farmadon prop, Testolic is a good choice for those who are looking for a quality human-grade prop.

These 5mg tabs come in blisters of ten each and in a box containg ten blisters-though they are frequently sold without boxes. These Russians have a good reputation but are frequently counterfeited.

Beware of Russian dbols being sold in bottles, as shown in these pictures, as these fakes dont contain any steroid. Some sources are trying to pass off these dbols as the real deal, so beware.

Nandrorapid Profile

Nandrorapid is a human grade Nandrolone Phenylpropionate, or 'fast acting Deca', made by Alpha Pharma Healthcare in India. The company also makes a number of Testosterone, Trenbolone and Stanazolol products.

Nandrorapid comes in clear 1ml amps with silkscreen writing in a white and blue box of ten ampules. These days, when human grade Deca is being so highly counterfeited, an Indian NPP may be the way togo if you have access to this product.

Those who I have spoken to who have tried products from Alpha Pharma have been pleased with the results. Due to the fact that Nandrorapid is a rare and not well-known product, I haven't heard of any fakes, though I'm sure there could be some.

Here are some pics of legit vs. fake winstrol, with the fake being show at the bottom of the pic. The boxes are identical with the exception of the hologram. According to an email from Desma:

Testoviron Depot is usually the name of Testosterone Enanthate made by Schering in several countries throughout the world. It comes in concentrations of 100mg/ml and, the more popular 250mg/ml and has a good reputation as a high quality testosterone product, irrespective of the country of production.

Similarly to its sister compound, Primobolan Depot, it is counterfeited more often than, say, Testosteron Prolongatum by Jelfa, probably due to its higher concentration and therefore, its popularity. To answer a question I have just received, if ordering Testovirons from a source in Europe, you will get a pure enanthate injectable.

This is despite the fact that, for some odd reason, Schering markets a mixed testosterone propionate/enanthate 250mg product under the same name in South America. This version of Testoviron is rarely seen anymore, though the name does continue to cause confusion due to profiles of it posted on the internet.

Winstrol? Can I drink it?

There was an inside joke on the forums 10 years ago, which probably continues to this day, regarding the disbelief of newbies in being able to take injectable winstrol orally.

I was reminded of it while answering an email from a reader recently. Anyway, Stanozolol, is a 17 alpha-alkylated steroid which comes in both oral and suspension form.

Similarly to the old, veterinary injectable dbol, it can be taken orally. Injecting winstrol would probably be slightly more efficient but thanks to the fact its 17aa, it will not be broken down by the digestive system, in contrast to most other injectables.

A recent study by The Lancet, one of the world's leading medical journals, concluded that anabolic steroid 'abuse' is less harmful than most other drugs, including alcohol and tobacco.

The study ranked the 20 most popular legal and illegal drugs by the harm they do to the individual and society. Predictably, heroin and cocaine topped the list, followed by alcohol and tobacco (5th and 9th place, respectively). Anabolic steroids were in 16th place, barely more dangerous than GHB and Khat.

How to avoid Deca/Tren Dick?

Many users who have tried nandrolone, and more recently, trenbolone, have complained of low sex drive or 'Deca Dick.' This is most common when using tren or deca by themselves, or with other anabolics such as Primobolan or Winstrol during the cutting phase.

The simple way to avoid this is by adding a little bit of testosterone into the mix, with just 200mg per week being sufficient- and with propionate being a good choice when cutting.. The progesterone caused effects of taking Deca or Tren vary from user to user and those who find themselves susceptible to this side effect will have to make the appropirate changes to their cycle planning. Masteron is also a good choice for those who are using Trenbolone but want to avoid its side effects.

As you can clearly see the nandrolones are the easiest to detect in the long term, with Deca being detectable for even a year and a half after use. This is a good reason to make sure you are using 100% legit gear if you are tested, as despite Deca fakes frequently containing test or even nothing, I have seen numerous counterfeits of more exotic gear (drostanolone or Primo, for example) containing 25mg or 50mg of Deca or its younger brother, Nandrolone Phenylpropionate, detectable for a year.

Sopharma Bulgarian Clenbuterol

Today we have some pics of Clenbuterol from Bulgaria. A few years ago, before the UG lab explosion, these and Spiropent were the only game in town. These human grade clen are 0.02mg or 20mcg each and they have a very good reputation for being properly and evenly dosed.

While some UG labs have a problem properly making anadrol tabs dosed at 50mg each- with some having 65mg and others from the same pack having 35mg- when dealing with chemicals in the micrograms, you really have to know what youre doing to pull it off correctly- who wants that last clen tab of the day to be 200mcg, after all...

Clen like other ancilliaries, seems to be one of these substances that are faked extremely rarely. So if you get a chance to pick up a few packs of these, they are highly recommended.

Nihfi Clenbuterol

Today we have a pic of 'the other' Bulgarian clenbuterol, produced by Nihfi. These come in the typical 20mcg concentration, 10 tabs per blister with 5 blisters in each white and blue box. Though seen more rarely than Sopharma clen, but they also are regarded highly and do pop up on the black market from time to time. The retail pharmacy price in Bulgaria is roughly 2$ per box and I have never seen or heard of any fakes of this clen and can recommend this clen to anybody!

I got an email from a reader asking if I had ever hear of his Testosterone Enanthate. Yes, I have and so long as its real, its good stuff. Androne 250 is an enanthate produced in Iran by Caspian Tamin Co. It comes in a blue box of ten with red silk screen writing, a white dot and two white stripes on the head of its clear amp. Androne is not as widely known as other Iranian gear and is therefore not counterfeited as much. Androne also comes in a 100mg version and Caspian Tamin also produce two 25mg/ml nandrolones, decanoate and phenylprionate.

We've posted some pics of gear made by Casablanca Pharmaceuticals before, but here is a pic of their Sustanon 250 clone. We see this Casablanca stuff pop up on our market from time to time. There are better brands out there but this stuff seems to work. These Sustanon come boxed in 10 amps per box and in contrast to the quite low dosed Deca product they have which came in 2ml amps of 100mg each, the amps are 1ml each and Arachis Oil is used in place of Ethyl Oleate. There are better choices for Sust out there, Omnadren being one, but feedback seems good among those who have used this.

First of all, Zambon, the new company now know as Desma, which produces Winstrol, doesn't produce Deca. Secondly, if they did they wouldn't put it in a multidose vial. Reminds me of the Organon 'Dbol' we wrote about earlier. This stuff doesn't even come in a box, but instead the 10ml 200mg/ml nandrolone decanoate fake is packaged in a baggie. And not surprisingly, after reading some reports by those brave enough to try this Deca, reviews seem to be quite negative. Its better to stick to Norma Decas for human grade or a more reputable UG option if you want to run Deca.

More Fake Russian Dbols

Here is a photo of a relatively new batch of Russian dbol fakes. These are 5mg tabs that come in a bottle of 100 tablets and feedback from people who have used these is mixed, with most saying they are underdosed. Of course, anyone should be beware of supposedly real Russian pharmaceutical grade gear with English writing and/or packaged in a bottle.

Stay far away from this stuff as there are some sources out there who are taking advantage of the gulibility of a few to pocket some extra cash. Stick with established UG brands for dbol or stuff like Jelfa's Metanabol for human grade.

Here are some pics of some recent, and brand new Primobolan Depot, made in Turkey. Apart from the fact that this is probably the most expensive mg per mg steroid on the market today, Primo is known for being a great choice for women and during cutting cycles, and has a cult following similar to Parabolan or Masteron.

The new Bayer amps (pictured top) look the same as the old Schering ones, apart from the logo of course, and the only difference seems to be the box, which resembles the packaging for original Proviron.

While there are no known fakes of the new Primo yet, due to its high price, surely the new reincarnation of Primobolan will become a target for counterfeiters very soon. At any rate, Primo is great stuff.

Methyltestosterone is one of the oldest available oral steroids. It is produced by many various manufacturers and sold in a number of countries including the U.S. It is quite androgenic, with minimal anabolic effects. For athletic purposes, methyltestosterone (PureMethyltest) is generally only used to stimulate aggression among power lifters and those looking to boost up their workouts.

Methyltestosterone represents the first successful attempt by scientists to produce an orally active version of testosterone. To do this, scientists simply methylated the testosterone molecule, to survive oral ingestion. As a result, by the early 1950’s injectable testosterone (suspension), progesterone, and their new “Methyltestosterone”, comprised nearly 25% of Ciba’s total pharmaceutical turnover. To this day, surprisingly, Methyltestosterone still constitutes approximately a third of all testosterone prescriptions filled in the United States.

As it applies to athletes and bodybuilders, the structure of Methyltestosterone really limits its use to very precise applications. It’s 17-alpha-methyl alteration allows it to survive its first pass through the liver. Other than that, this alteration, as I mentioned in the previous paragraph, contributes to the hepatoxicity (liver toxicity). Fortunately this compound actually doesn’t have adverse effects on cholesterol and, and has been shown to lower plasma viscosity. However, since this is just an orally active testosterone, we can expect aromatization (conversion to estrogen) as well as virilization. In addition, as with any form type of Testosterone, it will convert to Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which can contribute to both prostate enlargement and hair loss. Taking endogenous hormones will almost always affect your natural testosterone levels, and Methyltestosterone is no exception to this. Using Methyltestosterone will result in significant decreases in plasma levels of gonadotropins (LH and FSH), gonadal steroids, sex hormone binding globulin, free T3 and T4, as well as thyroid binding globulin. Typically, I recommend Arimidex (Anastrozole) at 0.5mgs/day to help lower estrogen levels or a similar ancillary compound.

I think that the effect you’ll typically get from Methyltestosterone is similar to what would be expected with something like Halotestin, as most athletes who use either of these drugs are typically looking for immediate increases in strength and aggression, with perhaps a rapid increase in the hardness of their physique. Methyltestosterone (and Halotestin for that matter) are both very good for achieving all of those effects. Unfortunately, due to possible liver complications, most athletes have found it prudent to limit their intake of Methyltestosterone to smaller doses (25-50mgs/day), and for limited time periods – up to six weeks at the end of a pre-contest cycle, or immediately before an athletic event or workout. This is the most common use for Methyltestosterone in a cycle. The user typically experiences a rapid increases in both strength and aggression when a (small) dose is taken prior to a workout or athletic event. It’s common to see 25mgs taken an hour before a work out or competition. Sometimes strongmen and powerlifters have found it beneficial to take a dose before each event or lift, during a competition.

This type of deca isnt as popular as Norma Deca, for example, mainly due to its higher price. As a result of this, it also isnt something counterfeiters know will sell in great quantities, so if you can find this stuff, its probably legit.

Some time ago we posted some pics of relabeled Organon 1500iu Pregnyl Human Chorionic Gonadotropin being sold as 5000iu HCG. Today we have a pic of 10000iu Pregnyl, which is really 5000iu. 10000iu Pregnyl is sold by Organon in the US, but the highest concentration available in most other countries is 5000iu. The easiest way to tell if you have fake Pregnyl is by the square edges of the label, which should be rounded, in addition to an inappropriate color and number of stripes on the amp for the concentration in question. Not only are these relabeled Pregnyl underdosed, but it is also likely that they are expired as well.

I don't think its a great loss as some of their products as of late have been very underdosed. Check out the condition of the 'lab' in the pics above- this is probably what most ug labs look like. Police stumbled upon the group when a 2kg package of powder was seized from China.

I got an email today from a reader asking whether his Pakistani Sustanon were real. Unfortunetly, when describing the amps, he told me that the word propionate was misspelled and there was an 'I' instead of an 'i'! These fakes have been around for a while and its a shame there are sources out there selling them as good gear (for 10$ a pop!) or slipping in some amps with legit ones and hoping no one will notice. No legitimate pharmaceutical company is going to release a lot of amps that have spelling mistakes in them. There might be some testosterone in the amps, but they are definetly fake so beware!
